"So Simple -- So Easy" notice that the way he prepares this dish... is "Restaurant-Style" -- for a single person or two which is MUCH different from cooking "Family-Style" for the whole family... sitting down together at meal times... like many of us experienced - growing up my Italian mom always cooked Family Style truly it's taken me YEARS to get away from Family Style cooking (my wife and i almost NEVER want to eat the same dish) compared to the Restaurant Style of cooking... as gennaro does here (comes natural to him now -- i'm sure given how he's spent decades cooking in his many restaurants!) Restaurant Style fits PERFECTLY with how people... live and cook and eat today... at home... where families RARELY sit down together for a meal give it a try! PENNE ARRABBIATA
